Our Story

Hi, we’re Ashli & Michaela, the founders of AM Collective! We are best friends who quit their big girl jobs at the same time back in 2019. We founded AM Collective in November of that year as a creative space for us to use as a studio. We added a clothing rack and a few consigners when we reopened in 2020. Now we are proud to feature over 30 local artists and 35 vintage consignors. In 2025, we started hosting The Hunt, a market featuring women-owned vintage sellers and local artists. Our goal is to provide a curated collection of unique vintage finds while supporting local artists and other small businesses.

Meet the A

Ashli Ingram is a watercolor artist from right here in Huntsville. She loves bright colors and bold prints (and puns…lots of puns!). She never passes up an 80s sweater or a tiny brass animal. Her favorite place in the world is New Orleans. In her spare time (ha!), she can be found with her nose in a book, loving on her fur babies, Shelby and Bandit, or being a foodie with her husband Matt.

Meet the M

Michaela Maxey is an embroidery artist from, you guessed it, Huntsville. Her interests are a bit all over the place, just like her mind, but that always makes for an interesting time. You will most likely see her in a vintage Disney tee with an embroidery hoop in hand. If she’s not at the shop she can usually be found traveling with her husband Tyler and their daughter Murphy, or chilling at home with their dog Indie and two cats Momo and Rizzi.
